Terms and Conditions

DELIVERY
All stock products will be dispatched within 5-7 working days. Products which are made to order will be dispatched 7-14 days from receipt of order, unless stated otherwise.  All orders are dispatched by 1st Class Recorded Delivery.  If you require next day delivery please contact us as this can be provided at an extra cost.
 
For International deliveries please allow 5 - 14 working days for delivery.  Any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your destination country will be your responsibility as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict them

RETURNS POLICY
You are entitled to a product refund or exchange if your purchase is returned within 28 working days of receipt. Your purchase must be returned in same condition as received, we will not refund or exchange if the product is damaged, used or altered in anyway.  Return postage costs are the customers responsibility.
